Custom Product Order Policies

1. Please note that all custom product orders MUST have details included either in a checkout note or by messaging us at belladonnasbotanicals@gmail.com or via platform specific messaging systems within 24 hours of the order.

2. All custom items missing any details will be canceled and refunded after the 24 hour window. I do not have the time to chase people down for days especially when correspondences go unanswered. This slows up the process immensely.

3. All custom products have a turn around time of 7-10 days.

4. No refunds or returns unless product is damaged or lost during shipping. No exceptions.

5. If you are placing orders for multiple items AND custom items, we suggest possibly creating two separate orders if you need the other items faster.

Spellfire Purpose or Intention

Custom ritual Spellfire blends for any spirits, gods, goddesses, demons, angels, archangels etc.

Each Spellfire is a combination of herbs, botanicals, flowers, spices, and occasionally fragrancess/essential oils that were selected based on the correspondences for that entity and/or by intuition. All blends can be combined with a special intention i.e. Aphrodite Spellfire for Love Drawing.

Our Creation Process

Belladonna’s Botanicals Spellfires are created to be used by anyone regardless of skill level or tradition. For that reason, we do not include specific spells or rituals because everyone's practices are different. We encourage you to find spells and rituals that suit your needs online via Google or YouTube or in any witchcraft related books you may have on hand.

Our Spellfire blends include a unique blend of corresponding herbs in an isopropyl alcohol base.

How to Use Spellfires

Spellfires can be used to burn sigils, offerings, or other ritual items used in spellwork. They can also be used for fire scrying.

Just add a small splash to your cauldron or heat safe container/vessel and carefully light with a long match (sometimes called hearth matches) or something slightly longer than an average match or light because the flames will ignite immediately due to the alcohol content.

Best to be used outdoors because the heat and/or smoke can set off smoke detectors inside, but if you are limited to indoor use, be sure to burn in a space away from anything that could catch fire. Use caution as the flames will dance about in varying intervals.

Each Spellfire blend comes in a 100ml (3.3 oz) heavy duty glass flask bottle .

Caution: Flammable. Store in a cool temperature place away from any direct heat sources.

Use caution if pregnant or nursing, keep away from children and pets, do not ingest or apply to sensitive skin areas or use internally.

All of our custom products are made to order - please allow for extra processing time for research and material gathering.

Each product is made with corresponding herbs, essential oils, fragrances and other inclusions such as crystals. We can do combinations of intentions or ones that we do not currently carry in our offerings at this time in addition to a deity plus a specific intention or ones for stand alone spirits.
