Custom Product Order Policies

1. Please note that all custom product orders MUST have details included either in a checkout note or by messaging us at belladonnasbotanicals@gmail.com or via platform specific messaging systems within 24 hours of the order.

2. All custom items missing any details will be canceled and refunded after the 24 hour window. I do not have the time to chase people down for days especially when correspondences go unanswered. This slows up the process immensely.

3. All custom products have a turn around time of 7-10 days.

4. No refunds or returns unless product is damaged or lost during shipping. No exceptions.

5. If you are placing orders for multiple items AND custom items, we suggest possibly creating two separate orders if you need the other items faster.

Incense Purpose or Intention

Custom loose incense blends for any spirits, gods, goddesses, demons, angels, archangels etc. Each incense blends is a combination of herbs, botanicals, flowers, spices, fragrances, and essential oils that were selected based on the correspondences for that entity and/or by intuition. All blends can be combined with a special intention i.e. Aphrodite Incense for Love Drawing. See images for some examples of what our incense blends look like. Please allow for extra timing as these will be made when ordered and need to dry out over night.

Each product is made with corresponding herbs, essential oils, fragrances and other inclusions such as crystals. We can do combinations of intentions or ones that we do not currently carry in our offerings at this time in addition to a deity plus a specific intention or ones for stand alone spirits.

• Ritual oils will come in a 1 oz dropper bottle 
• Loose incense blends come in a pouch and measure 1 oz in weight
• Spellfire blends come in a 100ml (3.3 oz) glass flask bottle
• Crystals will vary depending on the spirit

Our Creation Process

Belladonna’s Botanicals Ritual Powders are created to be used by anyone regardless of skill level or tradition. For that reason, we do not include specific spells or rituals because everyone's practices are different. We encourage you to find spells and rituals that suit your needs online via Google or YouTube or in any witchcraft related books you may have on hand. 

Each incense blend is a handcrafted blend of botanicals, herbs, resins, essential oils, fragrances, and other materials including a binding agent and distilled water. Unlike burning a combination of herbs on their own, our method blends each aroma for a fragrant ritual experience.

How to Use Loose Incense Blends

Add desired amount of incense to a ceramic incense burner, mini cauldron or other type of heat resistant container with a lit charcoal tablet. Burn incense to fill the space with fragrant smoke.

Charcoal tablets can make the incense burner extremely hot. You may want to line the bottom with incense sand. Use tongs to light the charcoal tablets with a lighter or over a lit candle.
